The G series (scraping knife type) rotating drum vacuum filter machine is of normal open type, out filtering surface, rear (or lower) material feeding, scrape knife material unloading rotating drum vacuum filter machine (simplified as filtering machine infollowings).
The filter machine achieves the solid-liquid separation of suspending solution under the reaction of vacuum (negative pressure) through the filtering cloth running synchronously with rotating drum, and the filtered cake is unloaded by scraping knife devices and the reverse blasting of compressed air and the regeneration of filtering cloth is achieved by reverse blasting of compressed air. It has the characteristics of high automation extent, continuous operating, etc. and is widely used in areas of chemical industry, pharmacy, environmental protection, etc.
The filter machine is suitable for filtering medium solid phase concentration and suspending solutions with unique granularity. The filter machine is suitable for the following conditions:
A. Suspending solutions that the generated filter cake thickness is greater than 5mm in a filtering time of two minutes.
B. Suspending solutions with medium solid phase density and granularity and the solid phase settlement speed is less than 12mm.
C. Suspending solutions with a low viscosity and without colloidal matters and the filtering cloth is difficult to be clogged, so the filter cloth is easy to be regenerated.
D. Under the vacuum of rotating drum, the filter temperature is lower than the suspending solution gasifying temperature.
E. The filter solution is allowed to be remained with small amount of solid phase granular.
F. Conditions with large processing quantity and continuous operating is needed.
