The automatic filter press is of a kind of interval type pressurizing filter press equipment and used for separating of solid-liquid of various suspended liquid with better separating effect and convenient usage; it is suitable for large scale filtering areas with the requirements of high automation extent or centralized control and with a filtering pressure of about 0.6MPa. The whole machine is designed and manufactured by integrating mechanical, electric and hydraulic technologies, which can achieve automatic pressing, filtering, flowing through, squeezing, releasing, board pulling, etc. processes; it has the characteristics of high automation extent, high production capability, low liquid content in the filtered cake, high unit producing output and small occupied land area etc. It is widely used in various areas where solid-liquid separations are needed such as petroleum, chemical industry, pigment,metallurgy, pharmacy, food, paper, coal washing and sewage processing, etc.¡¡¡¡
The filter press is mainly consisted of four main parts, which are: frame part, filtering part, hydraulic and
electric control part. When filter press working, the piston rod with in the cylinder pushes the pressing board, and tightly presses the filtering plate and filtering medium (filtering cloth) between the pressing plate and fixed locating plate to ensure that the filtered material (material slurry) with operating pressure is pressurized and filtered in the filtering chamber. The hydraulic part adopts integrated type hydraulic pack, modularized design and assembly and the pulling plate speed is governed by hydraulic components. The program controlled electric components are controlled by original imported programmable controller PLC, which has stable and reliable performance and has expandability to facilitate to achieve centralized control. |
