The mechanical filter press is a kind of interval type pressurized filter press equipments and used for the solid-liquid separating of various suspended liquid with high separating efficiency and convenient operating; it is widely used in areas where solid-liquid separations are needed such as petroleum, chemical industry, pigment, metallurgy, pharmacy, food, paper, coal washing and sewage processing, etc. It is suitable for small scale filtering areas normally using a low pressure of 0.4Mpa-0.6Mpa and with a long filtering interval.
The filter press is mainly consisted of four main parts, which are: frame part, filtering part, pressing devices and electric control part. When filter press working, the electric motor drives screw shaft and pushes the pressing plate via speed reducer, small gear wheel, large gear wheel, and tightly presses the filtering plate and filtering mediums (filtering cloth) between the pressing plate and fixed allocation plate to ensure that filtered material (material slurry) with a working pressure to be pressurized and filtered in filtering chamber. The pressing devices is the power devices of the filter press, which is mainly consisted of electric motor, speed reducer, small gear wheel, large gear wheel, screw shaft, etc. which is easy to be operated and repaired. The electric control part is the control center of the total machine, which controls the positive and reverse rotating and then control the whole filter press.
The whole machine is reasonably designed in structure with stable and reliable performance, simple operation, easy repairing, a large suitable range and it is the ideal equipments for the separation of suspended liquid. |
