Hydraulic type filter press is a kind of interval type pressurizing filter press equipment, and used for the solid-liquid separation of various suspending solutions with sound separation effect and easy usage; it is widely used for various areas where solid-liquid separation is needed, such as petroleum, chemical industry, pigment, metallurgy, pharmacy, food, paper, coal washing, and sewage processing, etc.
The filter press is mainly consisted of four main parts, which are: frame part, filtering part, hydraulic and electric control part. When filter press working, the piston in the cylinder pushes pressing plate, and tightly presses the filtering plate and filtered medium (filtering cloth) between the pressing plate and fixed locating plate to ensure that the filtered materials (material slurry) with working pressure is pressurized and filter in filter chamber.
(1) Frame part: The frame consists the fundamental of the filter press and is used for supporting the filtering mechanism and connecting other components. It is mainly consisted of fixed allocation plate, pressing plate, pressing part and main beam.
(2) Filtering part:It is consisted of filtering plate and filtering mediums (filtering cloth) between plates on beams arranged with a certain sequence and filtering units (filtering chambers) are formed.
(3) Hydraulic part: It is the power device of the filter press, and the main components are hydraulic pack and cylinder.
(4) Electric part:It is the control center of the whole machine and it controls the whole filter press by control the hydraulic pack. The whole machine is reasonably designed in structure with stable and reliable performance, simple operation, easy repairing, a large suitable range and it is the ideal equipments for the separation of suspended liquid.
