KX series quick open type compartment (membrane) filter presses are the new type, automatic controlled, high efficiency and high production capability filter press developed and researched by the company ourselves. It has significant breakthrough and improvement not only in structure design but also in technical performance parameters. It is the ideal solid-liquid separation equipment for metallurgy and non-metal mineral fine mine dehydration, tail mine processing, especially for the dehydration of coal mine cleaned coal and coal slurry and it can substitute solid-liquid separating equipments. It has the following technical characteristics:
1. It has hydraulic pressing device (moving cylinder device), which can achieve mechanical running and make the filter plate set be opened closed quickly;
2. The hydraulic cylinders are of small cylinder diameter and short stroke type for pressing and hydraulic clamping time has been greatly decreased;
3. Single cylinder pressing and four cylinders pressing in auxiliary; shortens the pressing time and increases the pressing force, and makes the force on pressing plate be even and the sealing between filtering plates be more reliable;
4. The hydraulic devices is fitted with pressure accumulation to maintain the pressure, which is energy save and reliable;
5. It adopts double side large diameter material feeding, which makes the forces on filtering plate be more reasonable and fast smooth material feeding can be achieved;
6. The filtering plates are open and close in groups and unload materials automatically, which make the material unloading time (normally) be less than 2 min and efficiency and production capabilities are significantly increased;
7. PLC controls are adopted, which are convenient, reliable and with high automation extent.
